Program Application

Young women ranging from high school juniors to college graduates may apply to participate in the Women Who Succeed program.

Participants will be assigned a mentor, according to their academic and career interests, desired soft skill development, and personal hobbies.

Priority registration closed on March 31, 2022. We encourage those interested to continue to apply, but please note that all applications submitted after March 31 will be placed on the waitlist for a mentor.

Requirements

  • Young women must be current students (11th grade- College Seniors)
  • Commit to monthly participation for the full 9-month term (August 2022-May 2023)
  • Mandatory: Meet with a mentor on the first Tuesday of each month for one hour
  • Mandatory: Attend two key events:  Mentor Mixer (May 14, 2022) and Girls Give Back (Nov 2022- Date TBD)
  • Participate in special events, workshops, and speaking engagements. Many of these opportunities will be conducted virtually to accommodate young women across the state.
  • OPTIONAL (CLOSED FOR 2022-2023): College-age participants may have the opportunity to also mentor high school juniors and seniors. College-age applicants who wish to also serve as a mentor must commit to two hours per month for the full nine-month period. (One hour with their assigned mentor and one hour with their assigned mentees).
