Young women ranging from high school juniors to college graduates may apply to participate in the Women Who Succeed program. Participants will be assigned a mentor according to their academic and career interests, desired soft skill development, and personal hobbies.
Juniors and seniors in college who become mentees may have the opportunity to also mentor high school juniors and seniors. College-age applicants who wish to also serve as a mentor must commit to two hours per month for the full nine-month period. (One hour with their assigned mentor, and one hour with their assigned mentees).
Priority registration for current Women Who Succeed mentees will be open from December 14 – 31, 2022. General registration is open to the public from January 1 – April 15, 2023. Please note that participants will be invited to schedule an interview with the Women Who Succeed team prior to final selection and acceptance.
