Mentee
Program Application

Young women ranging from high school juniors to college undergraduate seniors may apply to participate in the Women Who Succeed program. Participants will be assigned a female mentor according to their academic and career interests, desired soft skill development, and personal hobbies.
Undergrad students who become mentees may have the opportunity to also mentor high school juniors and seniors. College-age applicants who wish to also serve as a mentor must commit to two hours per month for the full nine-month period. (One hour with their assigned mentor, and one hour with their assigned mentees). This opportunity will only be available to juniors and seniors in college.

Priority registration for current Women Who Succeed participants and interested applicants is open January 2026. General registration is open to the public starting February 1, 2026 and will remain open until all limited spaces are full. Participants will be invited to schedule an interview with the Women Who Succeed team upon application and will not be accepted into the program until after the interview is completed.
